How to Permanently Delete Your Emails in Zimbra

1. Log into Zimbra webmail by typing the web address in your browser address bar.

2. If you deleted an email message by using the Delete button in Zimbra, your emails

will be in the Trash . You will need to permanently delete the emails.
3. On the left side menu of Zimbra
, right click (control click for Mac users) on the Trash Icon and choose Empty Trash .
4. A message box will pop asking you if you want to permanently delete everything within your Trash folder

5. Click the Yes button to permanently delete and purge your deleted emails.

How to Permanently Delete Your Emails in Thunderbird

1. Open up Thunderbird on your computer by double clicking the Thunderbird icon  .
2. Click on an email you want to delete and press the Delete button  (Mac) (Windows).
3. On the left hand side of Thunderbird, right click (control click for Mac users) on the Trash icon  .
4. In the Trash side menu
choose Empty Trash .
5. Your trash email will now be permanently deleted from Thunderbird and the email server.

The functions of OpenOffice Spreadsheet are similar with MS Excel. It allows you create spreadsheets, but it is totally free. Did you know that you can use that data in the spreadsheet to create charts and graphs with OpenOffice Spreadsheet? You can use charts and graphs as another way to represent and display your data. Follow the brief tutorial below to see how you can create graphs and charts using OpenOffice Spreadsheet.

1. Create a worksheet that includes the data you want to put in a chart (it’s best to use numerical data like numbers, dates, years vs. things like places, people, products, etc.- you want to show the progress of something over time, for example).

2. Select the cells in the worksheet which you want to use for the
chart.

3. On the “Insert” tab, Click “Charts” group OpenOffice_Chart Icon

 

4. After that you will see an AutoFormat Chart window, click “Next” button

 

5. In the same window, choose chart type which you like, and then click “Next” button.

6. Choose a Variant (such as normal, stacked, percent and combination chart), and then click “Next” button.
